As of today (April 10, 2019) scientists captured the first ever photo of a black hole ever using a global array of telescopes. The images are beautiful and have proved that black holes exist. Once again, the theory of relativity has been proven right.
The accretion disk glows brightly against the shadow of the black hole. Two blue jets extend out of the black hole for 5000 light years. For comparison, Alpha Centauri is 4.22 light years away. that means that the jets length is 1484 times the distance from Milky way to Alpha Centauri. THAT'S HUGE! .
Any way, this was meant to be a short and sweet "Just like the photos"
